Welcome to the Historic First Masonic District of Massachusetts

The First Masonic District proudly represents nine distinguished lodges, several of which are among the oldest and most storied in the nation. Situated in the heart of downtown Boston, all of our lodges convene within the landmark Grand Lodge of Massachusetts building at 186 Tremont Street.
